Founded in 2020
At just 20-years-old, Carleigh Stillwagon founded Elite Custom Apparel; a living testament to Carleigh’s values of perseverance and determination. With a commitment to quality and supporting first responders, ELITE has grown from a startup in the basement, to a 4000+ sq ft warehouse. At ELITE, every team member and client is considered family, and our company is dedicated to turning customers’ custom apparel visions into reality.
From Gymnastics to Entrepreneurship
Carleigh’s early passion for gymnastics laid the foundation for her strong work ethic and determination. She trained at the prestigious Karolyi Ranch and competed at an elite level. After facing a life-altering accident and injury, she transitioned from her Olympic aspirations to pursuing a business degree, ultimately leading her into entrepreneurship.
A Path to Business Success
Through her injury and a worldwide pandemic, Carleigh channeled her resilience into creating Elite Custom Apparel. Inspired by her mother’s experience in embroidery, she transformed a basement operation into a flourishing business.

WHY CHOOSE ELITE?
What kind of files are required for my logo and what if I do not have that kind of file?
We require your logo in a vector format of SVG, PNG, JPG or PDF. If you do not have these, we can vectorize them for you at an additional cost depending on your logo. For Embroidery, we require a DST file which we digitize for most customers at a one time charge.
What is my turn around time?
Generally, turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. For larger orders it is 3-4 weeks. A rush service is available upon request.
Can I provide my own apparel?
Yes!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take cash, check, all major credit cards and PO's
Do you have minimums for orders?
For printing we have a 25 piece minimum per design. For embroidery there is no minimum.
Do you have sample fabrics?
Yes we do. Please contact us for an appointment and we can show you different fabrics and styles for your custom order.
