The Work
Embroidery adds a touch of professionalism with precise, premium-quality stitching. Instead of printing on top of the fabric, we stitch your logo into it with thread in any color you need, so the mark carries real texture and depth and shrugs off the wash cycles that fade a printed shirt. It is ideal for uniforms, corporate wear, and personalized gifts — clothing, hats and beanies, jackets, bags and backpacks, even blankets and towels — and it is the finish people reach for when they want a garment to read as professional the moment someone sees it.
It starts with digitizing. Your artwork gets converted into a stitch file the machine can read, and that file decides how clean the final logo looks, especially small text and tight detail. We handle digitizing in house for a fee, and once your design is digitized we keep the file on hand so reorders run faster and match the first batch exactly.
Unlike screen printing, embroidery has no minimum. Order a single embroidered polo for a new hire or run a full roster of team jackets, and the process is the same. Standard turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks, with 3 to 4 weeks on larger orders. If you are up against a deadline, ask about a rush and we will tell you straight whether we can hit it.
We are a Sayreville, NJ shop — local pickup at the counter, shipping nationwide. Bring your logo as an SVG, PNG, JPG, or PDF, or hand us a ready DST embroidery file and we will run with it. Local pickup and nationwide shipping both work, and you can pay by cash, check, major credit card, or PO.
