Puff ink rises off the shirt for a raised, tactile effect that catches the eye and begs to be touched — perfect for bold lettering and statement graphics. Beyond puff, we offer specialty finishes like metallic and high-density inks that add shine, texture, and dimension you can't get from standard plastisol. These effects turn a simple tee or hoodie into merch people actually want to wear.

Specialty inks take a more deliberate hand. Puff needs the right ink deposit and cure to rise evenly without scorching, and metallic and textured inks each behave differently on the press. Our in-house experience means we know which designs translate well into a raised or specialty finish and which details need adjusting first. Bold, chunky elements tend to shine; very fine lines and tight gradients are better suited to standard ink, and we'll tell you straight which way to go.

These effects live within our normal screen printing process, so the 25-piece minimum per design applies and pricing reflects the added setup.
