By accessing and using the Elite Custom Apparel website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Our Services
Elite Custom Apparel provides custom apparel decoration and promotional products — including screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, and in-house graphic design — for teams, schools, businesses, restaurants, nonprofits, trades, and clubs. We serve Sayreville and all of Middlesex County, plus Central New Jersey. Local pickup at our Sayreville shop and shipping nationwide. All orders are subject to a written quote and order confirmation between you and Elite Custom Apparel.
Quotes provided through this website are estimates based on the details you share. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after we review your artwork, garment selection, quantities, and decoration method.
Quotes & Orders
Requesting a quote does not create an obligation for either party. An order is confirmed once you approve the quote, approve the artwork proof, and submit any required deposit or payment.
- Screen printing: 25-piece minimum per design.
- Embroidery: No minimum.
- Prices may vary based on garment, color count, decoration location, and quantity.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
You are responsible for the artwork, logos, names, and designs you submit for production. By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have permission to use all submitted artwork and that it does not infringe any trademark, copyright, or other right. You agree to hold Elite Custom Apparel harmless from any claim arising from artwork you provide.
We accept artwork in SVG, PNG, JPG, or PDF (DST for embroidery; digitizing available). Vector formats produce the best results; digitizing for embroidery is available for a fee. Files you submit are used solely to produce your order. Any artwork, samples, or mockups created by our design team remain our property until paid for and may be used in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Proof Approval
Before we print or stitch, we provide a proof for your approval. It is your responsibility to review spelling, colors, sizing, and placement carefully. Once you approve a proof, production begins based on that approved version, and Elite Custom Apparel is not responsible for errors contained in approved artwork.
Turnaround & Rush Orders
Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks (3–4 weeks on larger orders). Larger orders may require additional time. Rush service available on request. Turnaround begins after artwork is approved and payment terms are met; delays in approval or supplier stock may affect delivery dates.
Payment
Cash, check, major credit cards, and POs accepted. A deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance due on completion or pickup. Orders are produced to your specifications and are not stocked inventory.
Custom Goods, Returns & Quality
Because custom apparel is decorated specifically for you, orders cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of size, color, or buyer preference once produced. We stand behind our work: if your order contains a production defect or does not match your approved proof, contact us promptly and we will make it right by reprinting or correcting the affected items.
Apparel manufacturers allow for a small variance in garment color and sizing, and we recommend ordering a sample or adding spares when exact counts matter.
